Assistance

If you do not yet have an account, you can create one by registering for the app. Once you have registered, you can also use your account on the donkhm.network.

1. At the top, tap the symbol with the three horizontal lines , then tap the Register button.
2. Fill in the required fields. Your data will be processed in compliance with current regulations (see our Privacy Policy . Note: All fields with an asterisk are required.
3. You will also be able to check the box to receive your credentials via e-mail.
4. Tap the Register button.

This platform was created with funding from the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, with the aim of delivering distance learning for operators, volunteers, health and parasanitary personnel involved in the reception of unaccompanied foreign minors.

The training we offer you within the platform is free of charge.

With your account you will be able to access the platform (either through this app or through the donkhm.network website) within which you will be able to register for the courses offered and participate in live classes. Within it you can also consult a range of training content delivered through video pills, asynchronously.

Within the Courses section (menu at the bottom) you will find all the courses you can enroll in and take live or asynchronously. Signing up is very simple:

• From the bottom bar, tap Courses.
• Tap on the course you are interested in.
• Tap on Sign up for the course.

Within the Followed section (bottom menu) you will find all the courses you have enrolled in. When training is also delivered live, by clicking on this section and on the course you enrolled in on the day of the live event, a button will appear-on that day only-that will allow you to view within the same environment the streaming video.

Within the Completed section (bottom menu) you will find all the courses you have completed.

A View Certificate button will be available for each completed course.

This is the section of the app within which you find all your data. From here you will be able to:

• Change some personal information.
• Read messages that will be sent to you by the system or teaching staff.
• Delete your account.

To access your profile:

1. At the top, tap the symbol with the three horizontal lines , then tap the Account button.
2. Once the changes are made, tap the Update button.

By subscribing to our platform you acquire the right to access the courses listed therein free of charge. We will provide you with educational materials, videos or third-party content. Please note, however, that you are not authorized to make such material available to others.

Important: It is not possible to have anyone other than the person who authenticated and registered for credentialed access attend the online course. See our Legal Notes .

If you have lost your password, you can easily recover it.

1. At the top, tap the symbol with the three horizontal lines , then tap the Login button.
2. Tap the Forgot Password button.
3. Enter the email address you registered with.
4. Tap Send restore link.
5. You will receive an email with a link to generate a new password.

1. After logging in, from the menu at the bottom, tap Follows, then, enter the course you are taking.
2. Enter today’s lesson.
3. Within the Live streaming section, I would view the lecture directly.

Remember: when the lesson is complete, click the button in the upper right corner Complete Lesson.

The certificate will be available on the platform and will be issued if you have attended at least 75% of the course. To download:

1. After logging in, from the menu at the bottom, click Completed.
2. At the completed course, tap View Certificate.

2. In the background, tap the Delete Account section.
3. Read the warnings and follow the instructions provided on the screen.
